Akbar Rhadit

I remember working with Akbar when I searched for their brand while I was in Bali. At that time, I was consulting on a UI/UX design project for a website and mobile app, building on an existing brand identity. These ideas became part of an MVP that I pitched to a client alongside my colleagues to secure funding. The workflow and ideation process behind developing my brief were great, and as a result, my friends and I successfully secured funding for our MVP from an investor.

I worked with Akbar on Kottonku back in 2023–2024, and honestly, he brought a lot of genuine ideas to the project. Since Kottonku is a handmade business, he came up with the idea of using a thread as inspiration and turning it into a “K” for our initial. I really liked how simple the idea was, but at the same time, it still connected to what our business is about. What’s even better is that we’re still using the logo he made for us today.
