Treads is a subscription-based car care platform that simplifies tire ownership and maintenance. Through a mobile app, users receive tire installation, rotations, repairs, roadside assistance, and proactive alerts based on automatically tracked vehicle mileage.
The MVP was designed and developed in close collaboration with stakeholders, with a strong focus on real user needs and operational scalability. The service successfully launched in beta in Salt Lake City, Utah, and has continued to expand its offerings and reach.
Results

Project Summary
The project involved unifying partially completed backend and mobile components built by distributed teams into a single, reliable product ready for public launch, without impacting quality or timelines.
Delivery
I onboarded quickly into an AWS-based stack, took ownership of stabilizing and launching the public backend, and refined the mobile app to ensure a smooth user experience. Post-launch, I provided ongoing maintenance and technical guidance, supporting parallel development of an Android version.
Result
The work resulted in a stable, polished initial release and a clear technical foundation that enabled confident expansion to additional platforms.

Contribution
From project inception, I helped define the MVP and technical architecture. I led the implementation of low-latency real-time gameplay using Firebase and built a dynamic templating engine to support user-generated board designs across different screen sizes. Flutter was chosen to ensure consistent performance and support complex custom UI.
