With 15+ years across CRM/customer systems, sales, consulting, business ownership, and technical troubleshooting, I bridge the gap between what a business needs and how its tools actually work. My experience includes Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Integr8, WordPress, LMS administration, forms, onboarding, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and remote operations.

I work across CRM audits and implementation, workflow automation, AI customer intake and lead-to-appointment systems, process mapping, requirements discovery, UAT, documentation, and post-launch support. I recently designed and implemented an AI intake and appointment workflow with Retell AI and Cal.com, including qualification logic, pricing disclosure, scheduling, escalation rules, testing, and end-to-end validation.
