Mapped complex verification journeys across multiple user types, simplified information architecture, and designed intuitive step-by-step flows to reduce friction, including a design system and high-fidelity UI focused on trust signals, clarity, and usability within a compliance-led environment.

PROJECT BRIEF Improve onboarding and core product UX to increase activation, reduce friction, and better communicate the platform’s ethical investment proposition. ROLE UI/UX Lead and product designer METHODS Analysed onboarding funnels, conducted UX audits, and mapped critical user journeys to identify drop-off points. Redesigned onboarding flows, simplified content hierarchy, and refined UI patterns to improve clarity, trust, and accessibility across the mobile app experience.

METHODS Led UX audits and user flow mapping to identify friction across key control and setup journeys. Reworked information architecture, simplified interaction patterns, and designed a cohesive mobile UI system focused on clarity, accessibility, and real-world usage scenarios.
