Self-initiated concept project — not client work. I built this to show how I approach a specific problem.
The original site had a "Book Online" button that was just a phone link. Someone deciding at 10pm tapped it, got the dialler, reached voicemail, and never rang back. Every after-hours visitor was a lost booking.
So the rebuild makes booking the spine of the page. A real multi-step panel — service, practitioner, date, time, confirmation — that completes inline without ever leaving the page, plus a persistent booking bar on mobile where most of this traffic actually is.
Also built in: a treatment menu with real prices and durations instead of "call for pricing", practitioner credentials placed above the fold because that is the single biggest trust factor in medical aesthetics, and an FAQ answering what people genuinely search before booking injectables — pain, longevity, downtime.
Single self-contained page. Fully responsive, keyboard accessible, and loads in under a second with no external dependencies.

A builder with twenty-five years of completed houses had no project gallery anywhere on their site. The one thing a buyer needs to see, and it was missing. The testimonials on the page were still the website builder's own placeholder text, signed by invented stock names.
The rebuild puts the work first. A filterable project gallery — new builds, renovations, interiors — where every project opens into its own detail view with the brief, the scope, built-up area, timeline and cost band. Six projects, each written up properly rather than dumped in a carousel with no captions.
Around that: an honest process section that admits real timelines, and an estimate request form that asks for plot size, budget band and timeline, so the first call starts with information instead of from zero.
Single self-contained page. Every architectural visual is hand-authored SVG, no stock photography anywhere. Fully responsive, focus-trapped modals, keyboard accessible.

😍 You deal with the person writing the code. There is no account manager translating what you said into a ticket, no junior picking it up on Friday, and no queue behind three other clients you were never told about.
My background is business administration, with hands-on time at Tata Motors and Niftel Communication — so the first question is what the site has to make happen, not what it should look like. The design follows from that.
