Using AI, I generated photographs of pterosaurs as if they had been captured on film. While humans know of the existence of ancient reptiles, we have never witnessed them firsthand and can only infer what they were like. In this sense, AI and humans stand on the same ground, both imagining what cannot be directly observed. This project approaches AI not simply as a tool, but as a cognitive companion in the process of imagining and reconstructing the unknown.

This project was printed using silkscreen printing and bound together as a postcard book. To extend the forest motif into the printed matter, I combined rough-textured paper with ink to evoke the tactile quality of the forest.
