AC Ceilings — from almost invisible online to an immersive, connected business system.
AC Ceilings is a real local ceiling, media-wall and feature-installation business.
Before this project, it had no website, no social media presence, and virtually no searchable digital identity beyond its trade name. Online searches surfaced similarly named and unrelated businesses, making it difficult for potential customers to find Andy, understand his work, or trust they had reached the right company.
Meanwhile, new enquiries were being handled through word of mouth, WhatsApp messages, calls and paperwork—easy to miss while Andy was on-site delivering projects.
I've been asking people I know whether they knew anyone who needed a website, and this when a contact saw what I've been building on Base 44, and gave me the connection. I immediately jumped on the opportunity.

The transformation
I built and published a live, fully responsive Base44 platform that gives AC Ceilings a distinctive digital presence and makes the business feel as premium as the spaces it creates.
✔️ An immersive, visual website that clearly establishes the AC Ceilings brand, services, process and portfolio, yet offering Andy the opportunity to see different brand colors, as well as asset presentations, and offering the flexibility to change.
✔️ A mobile-first customer journey designed for homeowners, architects and commercial clients.
✔️ A local agent that helps deal with inquiries and common questions.
✔️ An unique interactive Design Studio, allowing customers to explore ceilings, feature walls, lighting and materials before requesting a quote
✔️ Blog posts for enhanced online presence as well as a magazine feature to showcase Andy's expertise and experience.
✔️ A central lead CRM—turning scattered messages into one visible pipeline from new enquiry to quoted, won or lost (all surfaced with mock data for the competition, but will be locked as soon as judgement has finised)
✔️ Follow-up dates, internal notes and WhatsApp-ready replies
✔️ An AI Superagent that reviews enquiries, identifies missing information, assesses lead quality and helps prepare the best next action
✔️ A Social Studio with brand voice, caption tools and 102 launch-ready branded assets

The automation
The system supports Andy while he is doing the actual trade work:
→ A new enquiry left untouched for three days triggers a reminder.
→ If it is still waiting after seven days, the urgency escalates automatically.
→ The AI-supported workflow helps turn vague customer ideas into clearer, prioritised project briefs.
Why it matters
This is more than a website redesign. It gives a genuine local business a searchable identity, an experience that helps customers visualise their project, and a working system to make sure valuable opportunities are not forgotten.
The early reaction to the transformation has consistently been: “Wow.” The immersive, interactive experience immediately changes how AC Ceilings is perceived—from a hard-to-find trade name into a confident, professional brand with a clear customer journey.

Sakuga Studio is an AI-native anime production app I built to explore what a complete creative workflow could look like for 2D-first animation, with 3D-prototype build.
The concept is simple: take a story from idea to anime in one workflow. The app brings together pitch development, visual styles, story worlds, casting, thumbnailing, music, and launch assets inside one cinematic production interface.
For the showcase, I focused on making the product feel like a real premium anime studio platform rather than just a prototype. The visual language uses a dark editorial interface, elegant typography, Japanese-inspired detailing, anime environment cards, soundtrack tools, and layered production dashboards.
The build includes curated “Lots” for story worlds, visual-language systems for different anime genres, music and soundtrack browsing, and workflow screens that show how a creator could move from concept to storyboard to final cut.
This project is a showcase of my work in vibe coding, AI-assisted product design, brand direction, UI/UX, and creative storytelling — building not just an app, but a believable world around the product.
