Designed a modern, AI-powered wellness platform that delivers personalized well-being experiences, including guided meditation, mindfulness tracking, and tailored wellness programs. The goal was to create a clean, intuitive, and responsive interface that helps users practice mindfulness, manage stress, and track progress seamlessly.
Problems Identified
Users struggle because:
Generic wellness programs don’t match personal needs or mood
Different apps are required for meditation, fitness, and tracking
No clear guidance for beginners to start a routine
A lack of emotional connection makes consistency difficult
There’s no AI assistance to answer wellness questions instantly
Content feels scattered and overwhelming
Wellness platforms often look outdated or cluttered
