Overview
SD Jewels is a fine jewellery brand based in Australia, sourcing and manufacturing from India and Thailand for jewellers, designers and retailers. They needed more than a standard Shopify storefront. They needed a true B2B wholesale portal, with pricing protected behind verified login, streamlined catalogue browsing, and a proper system for handling custom manufacturing enquiries.
The Brief
Build a Shopify store where wholesale pricing stays hidden from guests, verified trade accounts get a smooth path to browse, filter and order at scale, and custom manufacturing requests can be submitted directly through the site instead of over email.
What I Built
Protected Wholesale Pricing & B2B Login
Product pricing is hidden until a customer logs in and is verified. Guests and unverified accounts cannot view prices or complete checkout.
Smart Collections & Category Management
A full collection structure spanning Diamonds, Rings, Earrings, Bracelets, Necklaces and Pendants, organised for fast navigation across a large catalogue.
Advanced Product Filters & Search
Custom filters by availability, category, diamond type, shape, carat weight, color and metal purity, so trade buyers can find exactly what they need in seconds.
Custom Manufacturing Request System
A dedicated enquiry form for bespoke and wholesale orders, capturing jewellery type, metal, diamond type, quantity, target budget, reference images and CAD files in one submission.
Custom Projects & Enquiry Management
A gallery showcasing completed, real world custom pieces, giving buyers confidence in the quality and range of work SD Jewels can produce.
