I tested a simple workflow using ChatGPT and Codex. First, I chose an edit worth studying. Then I turned its creative choices, pacing, typography, transitions, visual hierarchy and sound, into a style guide.
Next, I organised my footage and assets in one place. Only then did I ask AI to build the edit.
The result was not a finished video. It was a strong first draft I could review and refine. That distinction matters.
Most people expect AI to replace the creative process. I think its real value is making that process faster.
It can translate references into repeatable instructions, reduce time spent on mechanical execution and give teams more room for creative judgement.
But only when the direction is clear. Weak references and vague prompts still create weak work.
AI is not the system. It becomes useful when you build a system around it.
Where would AI save the most time in your creative process? Is Bluesky the next big thing in social media?
The new platform, created by Jack Dorsey, co-founder of Twitter, has gained over a million users in just a week.
What sets it apart? It’s fun, decentralized, and brings back the sense of community that made social media so enjoyable in the early 2010s.
Their mission says it all:
“to develop and drive large-scale adoption of technologies for open and decentralized public conversation.”
Have you tried Blusky yet? What were your thoughts about it? How SportTouch Generated 1M+ Organic Views in One Month YouTube’s new feature could level the playing field for small creators
Did you know YouTube channels experience a major shift in growth once they hit 500,000 subscribers? That’s when momentum kicks in—more views, more recommendations, and more revenue.
To help smaller creators reach this tipping point, YouTube is testing a new feature called Hype.
The Hype button lets viewers go beyond just liking a video. The most hyped videos are featured on a leaderboard, giving smaller creators a chance to shine.
It’s currently being tested in Brazil, Taiwan, and Turkey. What do you think—will this help smaller creators grow faster?
