NIGHTS - circadian planning for people who work nights. Project Link - https://app.flowstep.ai/file?activeFileId=3fb9e617-92be-49d4-a15c-2f6daf44e1d1 You paste the shift roster your employer gave you, and NIGHTS redraws your next fourteen days as one map: when to get daylight, when to avoid it, when to stop caffeine, and when to sleep (often two blocks, not one). Every sleep app assumes you have one bedtime. For the roughly 20% of the workforce on rotating shifts, that single assumption makes the whole category useless. The WHO's cancer agency classifies night-shift work as probably carcinogenic, yet there are dozens of apps that will score your sleep and zero that will plan it around a roster. NIGHTS is the one that plans. I wanted it to exist because the countermeasures already do - timed light, timed darkness, caffeine cutoffs, split sleep - they just live in clinical papers, not in an app you can open at 4am with one hand. So it is a warm night sky you can actually read in the dark: deep indigo, glowing amber, soft hand-painted moons and suns. 24 mobile screens across two flows - a personal planner, and a shared ward view that stacks six nurses' alertness troughs on one timeline so a charge nurse can see that four of six hit their low at 3:20am and stagger the breaks. No consumer sleep product treats fatigue as a team property. That screen is the heart of it. Built entirely in Flowstep, driven from the terminal over the Flowstep MCP server (Claude Code): one DESIGN.md (http://DESIGN.md) pushed as the shared design system, then every screen generated, simplified, and refined without leaving the IDE.
