The AI industry has made us ask the wrong question.
Instead of:
“What can AI do for my business?”
Start with:
“What shouldn't require a human anymore?”
That's a much better starting point.
Find the repetitive work.
Find the bottleneck.
Decide whether automation actually makes sense.
Build the smallest useful system.
Measure the result.
Then scale it.
That's the approach I'm taking while building Verocrest.
