Rapid Rally Project is a portable smart-sports system that turns almost any open space into a virtual badminton court. Four compact hexagonal units connect via visible neon-style light rays to define boundaries in real time. Integrated shuttle sensors and a referee-AI track motion, impacts, faults, and scoring instantly, removing disputes in casual play. Paired with a mobile app, Rapid Rally enables quick setup, live scores, match modes, and performance insights—making badminton fair, competitive, and playable almost anywhere.

It addresses the common challenge of wanting to play but lacking the right partner at the right time. Through a guided, step-by-step flow, users can set sport, time, and location 📍 with ease. AI-assisted request creation reduces effort, while gamification elements like XP and progress cues 🎯 motivate participation. SportMate blends social connection 🤝 with active living 🏃 to build meaningful, local communities.
