This project is one of the test cases from an overseas company. It didn’t work out with the company for several reasons, and that’s okay — there are still many things I need to improve in myself.

For this project, I focused on streamlining the appointment flow so that each step becomes clearer, easier to understand, and better supports the clinic’s operations. The goal is to help the staff work faster and avoid confusion when using the system.
