Solving the "isolation gap" in digital education
Most educational software is built for desktops, leaving students disconnected when they step away from their screens. For this project, I took on the challenge of building a "social-first" mobile experience for students who lacked regular peer interaction.
The Challenge: Current tools were built for administration, not connection. Students were missing out on events, and engagement was dropping.
The Solution: A mobile app centered around community trust and ease of use.
✅ Interactive event discovery and management.
✅ Real-time organizational updates.
✅ Safety-first personalization and peer-to-peer "Say Hi" features.
The result? 24,000+ users and a community that finally has a place to meet.
