Tech Recruit is an award-winning technology recruitment agency connecting top tech talent with innovative companies across AI, software, robotics, life sciences, semiconductors, and more.
For this project, we designed three interconnected websites for different markets: the global platform, USA Tech Recruit, and European Tech Recruit. To differentiate them while keeping the brand consistent, each received its own primary color identity: blue for the global site, yellow for the US, and green for Europe.

Oxford BioTherapeutics is a biotechnology company focused on developing next-generation oncology treatments through targeted therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), immuno-oncology, T-cell engagers (TCEs), and radiopharmaceuticals.
The goal was to create a restrained, professional digital experience built around stakeholder-focused content and visually clear scientific communication. The hero illustration depicts a T cell activating after detecting a tumor cell, reflecting the company’s work on redefining the cancer–immune synapse and exploring novel immune checkpoint mechanisms.

Skymetrics is an AI-powered product intelligence platform built for Shopify merchants. It helps ecommerce teams stay ahead of stock issues, optimize product performance, and make faster decisions with real-time insights and automated analytics.
The team approached us to redesign their analytics dashboard. As the platform evolved, there was an opportunity to simplify the experience, improve flexibility for different user roles, and enhance usability across devices, helping store owners, marketers, and product managers access key metrics more efficiently.

We worked across the full design lifecycle—from the initial redesign concept through multiple iterations, a complete site rebuild, CMS implementation, motion design, and final handoff.

Their patented Precision Platform integrates tissue clearing for whole-body 3D visualization, protein target mapping, and deep learning for multi-modal data—enabling safer, more effective therapies while reducing animal testing and development costs.
The client approached us to translate a complex scientific product into a clear and contemporary digital experience, where advanced research could be understood without oversimplification.
One day, we realized that many UI/UX designers were missing one powerful skill—motion thinking. That insight sparked the idea for Motion.Ed (https://contra.com/p/UBMlX7gv-motion-or-educational-landing-with-storytelling-on-webflow?r=turischev): an educational platform that opens the door to the art and principles of animation in all its forms.
Bringing complex animations to life in Webflow wasn’t easy, but it was definitely fun and incredibly rewarding—we learned so much along the way.
