I wanted to share Dýsi (https://dysi.lovable.app), the #LovableChallenge I created with Dylan Torrey.
Between ringing phones, language barriers, unpredictable weather, and the constant puzzle of table management, restaurant owners are often pulled away from what matters most: their guests.
To solve this, we built a platform that entirely rethinks how a restaurant operates. Using the Dýsi taverna in Mykonos as environment, we developed an all-in-one agent system that manages full restaurant operations, handles outward communication, and makes real-time adjustments on the fly. It is designed to help guests book faster while saving staff hours of administrative work.
The core of this architecture is a real-time, interactive 3D model of the taverna that functions as a spatial operating system for both the guest and the owner. For the guest, we reduced the entire booking experience down to a single sentence. Instead of deciphering static availability grids or messaging back and forth, they simply ask for what they need in any language: "Une table pour deux au coucher du soleil, sans marches."
From that single prompt, the agent instantly cross-references a live solar ephemeris to pinpoint exactly which spot on the terrace gets the perfect light, and until what time. Before committing, the guest is dropped into a dynamic 3D view from that specific chair at the exact minute of their reservation. They can free-roam the rendered taverna, visually guarantee their sunset view, and finalize their booking in under a minute.
Meanwhile, because the owner, Eleni, only speaks Greek, the system automatically translates and reads the guest's request back to her entirely in her native language, flawlessly closing the loop between guest and host.
Behind the scenes, we used Lovable to seamlessly wire the restaurant's entire operational stack directly into this 3D environment. With services like Open-Meteo for live weather tracking, Twilio for automated phone calls, and Google Workspace for shift management all running through a single unified agent, the owner never has to juggle apps. Instead, they simply watch the evening unfold live on the 3D floor plan. As the agent autonomously shifts tables to avoid the wind, re-books cancelled seats, and handles translated guest inquiries, every adjustment is visualized in real-time, making sure everyone can have their perfect sunset in Mykonos.
