WhatsApp AI Lead-Qualification Bot
Built an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant for removal companies. When a new enquiry arrives, the bot replies instantly, asks the qualifying questions — name, moving date, pickup and delivery addresses, size of move, stairs, van needed — and sends the owner a clean structured summary with a clear next action. Runs on Make.com (http://Make.com) with GREEN-API for WhatsApp and an LLM driving the conversation, with all lead data logged to Google Sheets. Built so the scenario can be duplicated per client.
