I know alot of social media managers may argue that we dont create the actual content but truth is, the extent of our involvement varies depending on the company size and team structure we work in. At smaller companies, it's common for us to create a wide range of content, while in larger corporations, we may focus more on strategy, approval and community management while having a dedicated team of content creators. However, as a freelancer, I usually find myself wearing the many hats.
