This is the book-direct section from DUSK. The only real objection to booking direct is that guests trust the platform they already use, so this section answers it with numbers instead of words: the same five nights priced three ways, with the platform fee in red next to a green zero. The footnote is deliberate, the figures are an illustration within the fee ranges Airbnb and VRBO publish, not a promise, which is what keeps an owner out of trouble for running it.

This is the spaces section from DUSK, a short-term rental listing template I'm building at the moment. Spaces sit as narrow panels and expand on hover, one is always open, so there's nothing to close and no empty state. It keeps a property tour on one screen rather than a scroll of stacked images. The bottom nav sits collapsed as a single pill and expands on hover so it stays out of the way of full-bleed photography, and the booking panel opens from an edge tab with the page behind it blurred. Framer, with the interactive parts written as TypeScript/React code components. Photos and descriptions aren't final.

I built this navbar for DUSK, a short-term rental single-listing template I'm working on now, then pulled it out as a standalone component for the Framer Marketplace. Frosted glass pill that floats over any background, hides as you scroll down and comes back on the way up, leaving by whichever edge it's nearest. One frost slider moves blur, saturation and brightness together so the glass stays coherent instead of needing three values tuned by hand. You can hold it at any height on the screen and preview that position on the canvas rather than publishing to find out. Brand can be a wordmark, an uploaded image, or pasted SVG that recolours to match. Below a burger width you set yourself it collapses into a full-screen menu with its own type and colours.

My best-selling component on the Framer Marketplace, a frosted glass navbar that does the small interaction work most Framer navs skip. The underline indicator slides between links and stretches toward the cursor, the CTA is magnetic within a proximity zone, and a scroll progress ring fills as you move down the page. It hides at the top and slides in after a set scroll distance, with the pill background growing more opaque as you go. Collapses to an animated hamburger and a slide-in dropdown below a custom breakpoint.
