Swayamdeep is ready for their next project!

Client: Novoagent.ai (http://Novoagent.ai) - an AI workforce that plugs into real estate agencies and turns dormant leads, slow follow-ups, and missed inquiries into closed deals. What we made: 3 explainer videos. One core video covering the full system, and two focused videos for each of their AI agents - Anna (database reactivation) and Victoria (new lead qualification). The challenge: A genuinely powerful product that nobody could understand fast enough to care. Their sales process was 15-minute Looms, long emails, and calls to explain the calls. We needed to replace all of that with something under 1-2 minutes. How we approached it: Deep discovery calls before touching a single frame. Competitor research. Script, voiceover, full storyboard and because they had no design assets, we designed their entire dashboard from scratch in Figma. Every creative decision was made for one person: a senior real estate agency head who has no patience for anything that doesn't immediately make sense. The result: All three videos are now live on their website and going out in every cold outreach email. One link does what used to take a 20-minute call. Their dormant lead reactivation agent alone works with databases of 10,000+ contacts at a 10% reactivation rate in a market where a single deal is worth millions of dollars. The math speaks for itself. Timeline: 3–5 weeks

Collaborated with Addx Studio to create a Product-demo video for Rimo Health. The project started with a storyboard. Instead of treating the storyboard as a strict blueprint, we treated it as a starting point. We reworked the pacing, rethought the visual narrative, and rebuilt large parts of the animation from the ground up. By the end, only a small portion of the original storyboard remained. The challenge wasn't execution. It was finding a more compelling way to communicate the product. A lot of motion projects fail because they're focused on animating what's already written. We took the opposite approach. We focused on what the viewer needed to understand, then built the motion around that. The result was a significantly stronger video than what was originally planned, clearer, more engaging, and far more aligned with the product's value. Both Addx Studio and the team at Rimo Health were extremely happy with the final outcome. Sometimes the best creative decisions happen when you're willing to move beyond the first idea and build something better. P.S. We only handled the post-production phase of this project, specifically the animation and motion design. Research, scripting & storyboarding were led entirely by Addx Studio.

The result was a clean, unique product video that communicated the platform's value while maintaining a modern and approachable visual style.

Made this feature launch video for Sentra.app (https://Sentra.app) , an organizational intelligence platform that recently raised $5M in seed funding, co-led by a16z Speedrun and Together Fund. 🚀 The challenge was delivering a polished feature launch video within an extremely tight 2–3 day timeline. We handled the animation and motion design, delivered the first version on schedule, and worked through multiple rounds of feedback with the Sentra team to refine the final result.

Collaborated with Addx Studio to create a product demo video for Oblist. Addx Studio handled the research, scripting, and storyboard development. We joined during the final phase to lead the motion design and post-production work. We were initially provided with a storyboard. While the original storyboard established the core structure, we redesigned much of the visual execution during the motion design phase. By the end, roughly 30% of the original storyboard remained, with the majority of the animation rebuilt from the ground up. The challenge was creating a motion language that felt distinctive while staying true to Oblist's brand.
