BYD 3D Car Configurator An interactive 3D configurator for the BYD Seal, Seal U, and Atto 3 — built entirely in the browser with React Three Fiber and Three.js. Customise the car with real-time body colour swaps, upload your own decals and stickers and place them anywhere on the body, then export your exact build as a PNG — no app, no download, just a browser. Switch between studio and sunset environments, snap to cinematic camera presets, or orbit freely around the car from any angle. 3D models sourced from Sketchfab. Built with React · React Three Fiber · Three.js · GSAP · Tailwind CSS. 🔗 https://car-configurator-byd.vercel.app/

Dhaka Run — Branded 3D Endless Runner Web Game 🏍️🇧🇩 A mobile-first 3D endless runner set in Dhaka traffic, built for a client's brand campaign — playable straight from the browser, no download needed. What I did: 🎮 Built the game base with React + vanilla Three.js — chunk-based infinite world, object pooling, custom collision, and auto graphics tiering so it runs smoothly even on entry-level phones 🎨 Created custom Bangladesh-themed 3D assets with Tripo 3D — Bangla buildings, rickshaws, CNG tuk-tuks, buses, a mosque — and integrated the client's brand logos into the assets using Blender (branded coins, stands, billboards) ⚡ Designed the gameplay systems: power-ups (shield, magnet, multiplier), scoring with multipliers, and high-score tracking — and collaborated with the team to wire the scoring system into the backend 🖥️ Built the full game UI with animations — HUD with power-up countdown rings, menus, loading and game-over screens Built alongside a team that handled the backend API integration and OTP authentication. Stack: React · Three.js · Zustand · Tripo 3D · Blender

Personal Portfolio Website — With a Real-Time 3D Physics Hero Role: Creative Developer · Stack: React, Three.js (R3F), Rapier, GSAP, Blender I designed and built my portfolio site end-to-end — and made the landing experience something visitors can actually play with. Instead of a static hero, the site opens on a zero-gravity physics playground: 30 floating 3D mines you can shove around with your cursor, orbiting a robot head that tracks your movement, all running at 60fps over bold typography. Under the hood of the hero: Physics: Physics world with a custom centripetal impulse system that pulls mines back to center, so the scene survives any amount of flinging. A kinematic pointer collider lets visitors physically knock objects around. Rendering: Custom Blender GLB assets, with the whole mine field drawn in just 2 GPU draw calls via instanced meshes. Post-processing with ambient occlusion, bloom, and SMAA. Every device: Mouse tracking on desktop; touch + gyroscope control on mobile — the head turns as you tilt your phone, with the iOS permission flow handled properly. Performance: The site benchmarks the visitor's device on load and scales quality across three tiers. Physics and rendering fully pause when the hero scrolls offscreen, so the rest of the page stays fast. The result: a portfolio that demonstrates what I do before you read a single word — creative development where design, 3D, and engineering meet.

KOSS Porta Pro — Interactive 3D Headphone Configurator 🎧 A real-time 3D product configurator built for the web — customize colors and swap parts on a classic pair of headphones, right in the browser. What I did: 🎨 3D modeled my personal KOSS Porta Pro headphones from scratch — a clean, low-poly version built specifically for real-time web rendering 🎮 Built the configurator with React Three Fiber, using React's Context API as a global state layer that drives material colors across the geometry in real time 🔄 Designed a part-swapping system for the earmuffs — multiple geometry variants toggled seamlessly through state ✨ Polished the scene with drei helpers: a reflective floor, atmospheric fog, and a custom shader material to give the headbands a metallic shine Shoutout to Wawa Sensei on YouTube — his tutorials are where I picked up the core concepts. Highly recommended if you're getting into 3D on the web. Stack: React · React Three Fiber · Drei · Blender
