Event Company SEO: Top positions in Google, From 1 to 50 Schools a Season
A graduation party company in St. Petersburg that I co-founded and ran digital for. It grew from one graduation in 2009 to about 50 schools a season. I restructured the site and the funnel around audience segments: separate packages for grades 11, 9 and 4 and a catalog of event programs, and helped shape the programs and offers themselves. I ran keyword research, technical SEO and content: the site reached #1 in Google for many core queries, and the conversion rate more than doubled. Later I added paid search and remarketing on top.

Stratoscope: SEO and AI Search Checker Built on Next.js
A free tool on my website that checks any site the way Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT read it: indexing, titles and markup, speed from real-user data, AI crawler access, security headers and more. Findings are written in plain language, the most important first, each with a way to verify it and how to fix it. Under the hood: safe server-side fetching that blocks requests to private networks, rate limits, email confirmation and a report page by link. I run it before every proposal to show clients concrete issues on their own site.

Stratosly: Bilingual Next.js Studio Site with Technical SEO
My own studio website, built from scratch on Next.js, React and TypeScript. English and Russian versions with their own addresses and metadata, Schema markup and generated social preview images. Pages are prerendered, so they open fast and search engines see the full text: PageSpeed Insights on mobile gives 96 for performance. It includes an AI chat assistant that answers visitor questions about services and prices, and a free site checker (see the Stratoscope project).
