Cover image for ShipHero is a warehouse management
ShipHero is a warehouse management system used by fulfillment teams to pick, pack, and ship orders at scale. Pickers — the workers physically moving through the warehouse — rely on a mobile app to guide them through each step of the process. The picking experience had grown inconsistent over time: different flows used different interaction patterns, pages varied in structure without a clear logic, and there was no unified system to handle the exceptions and errors that warehouse workers encounter daily. The result was a steep learning curve, recurring workflow blockages, and frustration when things went wrong. Three problems needed to be solved together: Scanner flexibility: Scanning was always mandatory, with no fallback. Administrators needed the ability to grant manual-entry permissions for situations where a scanner wasn't functional — without removing scanning as the default and most reliable path. Non-blocking error handling: A single problematic order could stall an entire picking session. Orders that couldn't be completed needed to be set aside without delaying everything else in the queue. Consistency across flows: Multiple picking flows (SIBP, MIBP, Bulk, Split) existed but had no shared structural logic, making it difficult for workers to switch between them or learn new ones quickly.

Cover image for Commercial real estate brokers were
Commercial real estate brokers were managing complex, multi-party deals — coordinating between borrowers, lenders, and internal teams — inside a platform that had no shared visibility, no structured workflow, and no consistent way to track what was happening or why. Deals stalled. Documents got lost. Borrowers had no idea where they stood in the process. My role was to redesign the core deal management experience: document handling, task coordination, lender analysis, and real-time deal updates — across both desktop and mobile.

Cover image for Fennel is an investment app
Fennel is an investment app that lets users evaluate companies through an ESG lens — making conscious investment decisions based on environmental, social, and governance data. The app was already live on the App Store with a limited user base when they brought me in as a freelancer. The goal wasn't to redesign from scratch — it was to identify what was actually broken, understand why, prioritize what mattered most, and design targeted solutions. That meant starting with research before touching any screen.

Cover image for Forta is a decentralized network
Forta is a decentralized network of security experts and developers who build and maintain bots to detect threats and scams in Web3. It operates as both a B2B product and a developer community — enterprise security teams use it to protect their protocols, while individual developers contribute detection capabilities and earn rewards through Forta's internal economy, powered by the FORT token. Users range from specialized developers at crypto companies integrating Forta's detection capabilities into their infrastructure, to independent contributors building and improving bots within the community. This dual nature — technical B2B product and incentivized community — shaped every design decision in this project.
