Travelers had no single app to scan boarding passes, track live flight status, submit reviews, and receive proactive alerts. Operations teams needed separate tools to monitor sentiment, debug notification flows, and manage airline-specific dashboards — without tightly coupling passenger and admin UIs.
Passengers scan boarding passes (BCBP), follow their journey timeline, submit post-flight feedback, and receive push notifications for gate changes and delays. Airline teams monitor live flights, analyze sentiment, and manage notifications. Internal teams run QA simulators, cache monitors, and debug interfaces.
