A complex machine which reformed plastic hoses was still in a prototype version. The client wanted to have this machine redesigned into a standard machine.

Client needed to reduce their product costs. I suggested to standardize their products. Result was a cost reduction of 60%.

I investigated the current concept and suggested several levels of improvements.
