I built a complete conversational AI agent and quoting engine that transforms static business websites into interactive, high-converting revenue machines.
This is not a basic chatbot; it’s a full-stack sales engine that replaces traditional static contact forms with an intelligent, data-driven conversational UI.
My work involved developing the entire system from infrastructure to user interface:
• Conversational Widget: I developed a seamless, mobile-first conversational UI powered by a sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline, allowing the AI to ingest a knowledge base and provide human-like, non-hallucinating responses.
• AI Quoting Engine: The AI interacts with customers to gather requirements and instantly generates accurate quotes based on business-specific logic and a dynamic price list.
• Full Admin Suite: Empowering business owners to manage the entire sales process:
• Leads & Quotes Dashboard: Tracks all customer enquiries and generated quotes in one centralized view.
• Dynamic Pricing Management: Features a backend for managing material prices, markups, fixed labor costs, and global settings via inline editing or CSV bulk upload.
• Knowledge Base Ingestion: Business owners can upload documents (FAQs, policies, pricing PDFs) to instantly "train" the AI on their specific business logic.
• Production Architecture: Fully deployed on Railway with a production-grade PostgreSQL database, secure CI/CD pipelines, and high-performance hosting environment.
