:I worked on an react project where LGE members need to put in significant manual effort to download partner binaries/.so files, trigger the build, and share the EPKs with them. Additionally, due to time zone differences, the turnaround time is longer, leading to significant delays in project timelines. leading to poor user experience and frustration. using React and JavaScript, improving maintainability and consistency across the app. Redesigned the UI with Material UI, ensuring a clean and modern look. Replaced inefficient prop drilling with useContext hook for better global state management. Improved form handling using React Hook Form, reducing unnecessary re-renders and improving validation. This project strengthened my ability to balance performance, usability, and scalability while making impactful technical and design decisions.
