CosloAI is a full-stack SaaS platform I built to help businesses automate customer conversations, bookings, and support workflows using AI assistants.
The platform includes a React frontend, a Node.js/TypeScript backend API, and a dedicated knowledge ingestion service powering a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline. Businesses can upload documents or crawl websites to build assistant knowledge bases.
The system supports multi-channel deployment, integrations, usage tracking, and a production-style multi-service architecture.
