It started with a question that Andy Pressman (https://www.linkedin.com/in/andy-pressman/) asked at Design Week Portland: "What do we lose when it's easy to use?" That stuck with me. Right now, every digital action feels the same. Buying a $5 USB Cable and a $1,899 laptop — same tap. DMing one person and @channel-ing 547 people in the Slack — same send button and so on.
