Project Title: Seita Financial Management System: M-Pesa Ledger Automation
Project Overview:
Designed and developed a local web-based financial intelligence application tailored for automated mobile money transaction tracking and ledger analysis.
The Problem:
Raw financial statements (like M-Pesa exports) are heavily unorganized, unstructured, and tedious to process manually. Small businesses and individuals waste valuable hours trying to categorize transactions and balance their ledgers.
The Solution:
Built an interactive portal that ingests messy statement uploads (.xlsx / .csv) and instantly runs automated ledger classification. The system cleans raw text inputs, handles transaction types seamlessly, and outputs client-ready structured data for instant financial reporting.

Project Overview
Transformed a heavily compressed, poorly formatted Excel dataset containing over 1,700 rows of Kenyan livestock market records into a clean, analysis-ready database.
The Problem (Messy Data)
Crucial text strings in Market, County, and Breed columns were truncated and cut off.
Text and numerical formatting were inconsistent across rows.
Column widths were restricted, making the sheet unreadable.
The Solution (Clean Data)
Expanded column layouts and adjusted text wrapping for full data visibility.
Standardized market names (e.g., correcting "Kirwara Marke" to "Kirwara Market") and breed classifications.
Structured grading systems and wholesale pricing formatting for seamless filtering and future dashboard reporting.
