Omnis is a multi-tenant DevOps workspace platform that unifies project delivery, support ticketing, and operational automation in one system. Teams can manage projects and work items on boards while linking support tickets directly to execution, with bi-directional status sync between support and delivery workflows. It also supports external no-login ticket intake and status tracking, plus SLA-aware automation for routing, escalation, and health monitoring.

Built and shipped the full STC (Sherwood Technology Consulting) client-facing site — Next.js 14, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and Tailwind. Includes a custom admin dashboard, client portal, contact and lead management, campaign attribution tracking, invoice system, and a beta application funnel for Omnis DevOps, a SaaS product built on the same stack. Fully deployed to Azure Container Apps via GitHub Actions CI/CD.
