Real-World Excel Analytics & Reporting Project This was a real-world business analytics project completed for a multi-store retail operation, where I was responsible for working with operational order data and transforming it into structured reports and interactive Excel dashboards. The project started with raw order-level data containing Order IDs, order amounts, payment status, order dates, order processing timestamps, delivery times, and store information. I structured and analyzed the data to create an interactive Order Tracking Dashboard that provides a clear overview of business performance across multiple stores. Key Dashboard Features • Total order volume and total order value • Average delivery time analysis • Store-wise order performance • Payment-method/status analysis • Order delivery performance by store • Monthly store-wise order comparison • Growth analysis across multiple stores • Interactive date and store-based filtering • Visual KPI reporting for quick decision-making I also created a Growth Analysis view to compare store performance and identify differences in activity across locations. The main objective was to convert large amounts of operational data into clear, decision-ready business information that could help management monitor orders, delivery performance, payment activity, and store-level trends more efficiently.
