An end-to-end enterprise conversation design and UX case study for the ShelfOps AI Agent at Blue Yonder. Aligned with Google PAIR principles and the SCAI Fabric, this project transforms high-stakes retail planogramming through trusted, context-aware agentic interactions. The study covers NLU architecture, multi-agent orchestration, trust modeling, and the Transitory Paradigm. By designing for human-in-the-loop control and visual clarity, the new experience delivered 10x faster workflows and a 94% user trust score.
