I managed the migration and restructuring of a project management system across three platforms: Jira → Bitrix24 → ClickUp. The first phase involved moving the existing Jira setup into Bitrix24, including projects, tasks, team assignments, workflows, and operational data. The team used Bitrix24 for approximately one year before deciding to transition to ClickUp. For the second migration, I helped rebuild the project management environment in ClickUp rather than simply transferring data. This included reorganizing the workspace hierarchy, recreating task structures and statuses, maintaining ownership and responsibilities, and improving the overall workflow setup. The goal throughout both migrations was to preserve important project information while creating a cleaner, more structured system that was easier for the team to manage and scale. Key contributions: project and task migration, workspace restructuring, workflow setup, user and task ownership mapping, project data organization, and ClickUp workspace optimization.

Cover image for If you’re a Project Manager
If you’re a Project Manager leading a team, these two reports can make resource planning much easier. The first shows your team’s total available capacity, while the second shows the work already scheduled for each team member. I use these reports to make better decisions when assigning new tasks, rescheduling work, balancing workloads, and approving team leave. I built both reports in ClickUp. If you’d like help setting up similar resource and workload reports for your team, hire me and I can help you build them.
