here's my submission for the #mobbinchallenge on contra
(first video: the method, second: result)
repolingo - gamified way to keep yourself accountable for your ai "assisted" code/repos.
i hope the speedrun isn't too sped up but here's in brief the sauce:
1. research duolingo screens on mobbin - find what stands out and replicate my idea in figma
2. use Vertex AI Studio to generate a mascot
3. use Pika.art (http://Pika.art) to animate this (took a while to get it right with prompting)
4. at the same time build out screens from figma with expo (rn) and test in Expo Go/Xcode
5. thats all!
i know this won't get many points for creativity, but i definitely think users like familiar UIs and most of the top app UI/UX is based on the same couple of blueprint/foundational design/designers
