Analyzed ToR and structured an evaluator-aligned technical proposal
Developed methodology, workplan, timeline, and deliverables framework
Prepared the financial proposal structure and budget narrative
Compiled supporting documents including risk matrix, sustainability plan, and KPIs
Delivered a fully compliant, submission-ready grant proposal
Outcome:
Successfully awarded BDT 5,000,000 (50 Lacs) under the ICT Innovation Fund.

Technical Proposal | UNICEF (GenU Bangladesh) — Passport to Earning (P2E)
Contributed to drafting and structuring the technical proposal for content design and adaptation of P2E. Focus areas included ToR compliance, methodology framing, implementation workplan, deliverables mapping, and final QA for consistency and submission readiness.

This project provides end-to-end research and evaluation services for government institutions, NGOs, and development partners. Recently, I successfully implemented a government-approved research project under the National Institute of Local Government (NILG), Bangladesh, titled: “Assessing the Results of NILG Training Programs: Toward a Strategic Framework for Improving Local Governance in Bangladesh.” Approved for the fiscal year 2025–26 with a total allocation of BDT 3,85,000, this project demonstrates proven institutional research and policy evaluation experience.
