Today I moved beyond theory and built a live lead-intake automation for my consulting business. The workflow now: • Directs Instagram visitors to a service inquiry form • Captures and organizes each response • Adds the lead to a working tracker • Assigns a “New” status automatically • Sends a detailed email alert for follow-up The most valuable part wasn’t simply connecting the tools. It was designing a clean handoff, mapping the right information, testing the full customer journey, identifying formatting issues, and refining the workflow before activation. That’s the kind of process work I enjoy: turning scattered steps into a clear, repeatable system that makes follow-up easier and reduces the chance of a lead being missed. If your intake or follow-up process depends on manual copying, inbox searching, or memory, there’s probably an opportunity to simplify it.

A project doesn’t have to be failing to need a rescue. Sometimes the warning signs are quieter: • Decisions keep getting delayed • Everyone is busy, but progress feels slow • Ownership isn’t clear • Risks are being discussed but not resolved • The team has lost sight of what matters most Project recovery isn’t about adding more meetings. It’s about identifying what’s actually blocking progress, resetting priorities, and creating a clear path forward. Clarity → Ownership → Action → Progress That’s the work I love doing. #ProjectManagement #ProjectPlanning #ProcessImprovement #RiskManagement

I
Project Launch & Governance Framework I create structured project frameworks that turn strategy into organized execution. My approach establishes scope, requirements, roles, governance, RAID management, communication, milestones, and closeout practices so teams have the clarity and accountability needed to deliver measurable results.
