• Research plan

  A tailored UX research plan built around your product, team, and goals. This includes identifying your key user groups, selecting the right research methods (like interviews, surveys, or usability testing), and outlining when and how to run them. I’ll define clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables—so your team knows exactly what to do and why. The plan is designed to be actionable, not theoretical. It gives you a roadmap to uncover real user insights and turn them into product decisions that matter.

• Improvements to the design

  Tangible UX and UI improvements directly implemented in your product. This can include redesigning key screens, refining navigation flows, optimizing layout and spacing, or improving visual hierarchy and consistency. I’ll work directly in your design files (Figma or similar), applying best practices in usability and aesthetics—always grounded in your product’s goals and user needs. You’ll receive updated mockups, interaction specs, and guidance for handoff to developers. This is hands-on design work that makes your product clearer, faster, and more intuitive.
