Process
Our flagship offering is semi-autonomous strategic branding. The primary aim of this offering is to be formative and affordable. The introspective part is done autonomously, guided by a framework of thematic modules with targeted exercises within a personalized collaborative space. You then benefit from the studio's expert eye during two 2-hour strategy workshops in which we playfully confront ideas. Based on your introspection and additional research, we provide you with a comprehensive brief that builds your brand strategy. You can delegate the entire creation of your brand strategy to us. We'll provide you with a customized quote.
What's included
Self-reflection exercises
~ Strategic thinking exercises targeted by thematic modules. The studio remains available throughout this phase. ~ 2 one-one strategic workshop by videoconference (2h)
Research, analysis and drafting of brand strategy
~ In-depth research. ~ Strategy writing: your brand's unique vision of your brand, its raison d'être and mission, as well as precise details of values; an overview of your ideal clientele (motivations and disincentives to purchase), personae, unique positioning, brand personality (archetype, tone and voice), as well as our recommendations. ~ A debriefing and 2 sets of feedback are included to perfect the strategy document.
