Attention to Detail from Beginning to End

First, we meet (virtually or in-person), and we have a meeting to discuss your requirements and needs for your brand design/identity design project. We talk about expectations, references, deliverables, deadlines, and timelines.

Develop Phase.

With all the information provided by you and your team, I begin to create drafts and ideas towards achieving the desired result, fulfilling your requirements and needs, based on references and market research of your company's market and target audience.

Once I finish these drafts and ideas, I then proceed to have a meeting with you and your team to present these ideas and discuss them to reach and select the best idea or to create a couple of more ideas to reach your needs.

When you pick a final idea, I start to define (and refine), all the elements for the brand identity, such as colors, typography, icons/symbols, etc., to finalize the main identifier for your brand and company.

Documentation.

Once we select the final idea, I create a brand manual/guideline, that contains all the concepts, ideas, elements, rules, and scenarios for the brand identity. How to use the brand elements, where to use them, rules on sizes, rules on colors, what to do and not to do with the brand, examples of use, etc.

This manual will help you always represent your brand in the best way possible in all situations you will use your identity through printed and digital media.

Collateral Designs.

Your brand identity needs to have a clear way to be represented through various elements that are standard for your business. I create designs for stationery, which include (but are not limited to) business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and presentation templates (if needed), following the brand manual/guideline to ensure your brand is properly represented on all deliverables.

Business Relationship.

From here, we establish a business relationship with you and your team. I am always available for questions and support when needed.
