- Feasibility study
Consultancy is provided in accordance with each customer's market, location, product and vision. Includes 5 session, each 90-minute long.
Business plan
Develop a detailed business plan with investment requirement/strategy, product/service development plan, recruitment plan, revenue forecast, expense estimation, revenue vs expense brake even analysis and business roadmap with KPI, based on vision and data provided by the Stakeholder(s).
(Optional) Investment pitch
In cooperation with a designer, will prepare a pitch deck for investors with multiple versions (one-pager, 3-minute and 5-minute pitch presentation, and an e-mail version).
