• Consulting

  Conduct zoom meetings with a Stakeholder, where I consult on best practices of how to: - Develop Product/service description - Target audience analysis & customer experience research - Competitor benchmarking - Develop business model and financial analysis - Feasibility study Consultancy is provided in accordance with each customer's market, location, product and vision. Includes 5 session, each 90-minute long.

• Business plan

  Develop a detailed business plan with investment requirement/strategy, product/service development plan, recruitment plan, revenue forecast, expense estimation, revenue vs expense brake even analysis and business roadmap with KPI, based on vision and data provided by the Stakeholder(s).

• (Optional) Investment pitch

  In cooperation with a designer, will prepare a pitch deck for investors with multiple versions (one-pager, 3-minute and 5-minute pitch presentation, and an e-mail version).
