  I'll need editor access to your Webflow project or at minimum a view-only link, a detailed description of the issues you're facing, and any screenshots or recordings that demonstrate the problems. Access to staging or published site links is also helpful.

• What types of issues can you fix?

  I can fix broken interactions and animations, responsive layout problems, CMS collection issues and binding errors, messy class structures, form functionality problems, custom code errors, navigation and menu issues, performance and loading problems, SEO setup issues, and general bugs or display errors.

• How long does fixing typically take?

  It depends on the complexity and number of issues. Simple fixes might take a few hours, while complex problems involving CMS restructuring or major layout issues could take several days. After the initial audit, I'll provide a realistic timeline estimate.

• What if the template needs to be rebuilt?

  In cases where a template is fundamentally broken or poorly structured, I'll be honest about whether fixing is worthwhile or if a rebuild makes more sense. I can provide options and recommendations based on your budget and timeline.

• Can you customize the template beyond just fixing bugs?

  Yes! While this service focuses on fixes, I can also handle customizations like changing layouts, adding new sections, updating styles, modifying CMS structures, or adding functionality. Major customizations may require scope adjustment.

• Will you clean up the class naming system?

  If your template has messy classes, I can reorganize and rename them following Webflow best practices. This makes your site much easier to maintain and update in the future.

• Do I need the original template files or purchase info?

  No, as long as you have access to the Webflow project itself, I can work with it. You don't need the original purchase files or Figma designs unless the fixes require design reference.

• Will fixes affect my site plan or hosting?

  Fixes won't change your hosting requirements. However, if optimizations significantly improve performance or if I need to restructure CMS collections, I'll inform you of any potential impacts on your plan needs.

• Can you fix issues with Webflow Ecommerce templates?

  Yes! I can fix issues related to product pages, checkout flows, cart functionality, and ecommerce-specific CMS collections. Ecommerce fixes may require additional time depending on complexity.

• Is training included after fixes?
