• What do you need from me to get started?

  Access to your current website (login credentials if needed), analytics data to understand current performance, content or brand guidelines, specific pain points or goals, and any features or functionality you want to add or improve.

• Will my search rankings be affected?

  I take careful measures to preserve SEO equity including proper 301 redirects, maintaining strong content, optimizing technical SEO, and keeping beneficial URL structures. Most sites see improved rankings post-redesign due to better performance and UX.

• How long does a redesign project take?

  Typically 4-8 weeks depending on site size and complexity. Smaller sites (5-10 pages) take 4-5 weeks, while larger sites with extensive content may take 6-8 weeks.

• Can you keep some elements from my current site?

  Absolutely! If certain sections work well, we'll preserve and enhance them. The redesign focuses on improving what needs it while keeping what's already effective.

• What happens to my existing content?

  All valuable content will be migrated to the new site with improvements to formatting, organization, and SEO optimization. We can also use this as an opportunity to refresh or update outdated content.

• Can you redesign just specific sections instead of the whole site?

  Yes! If only certain areas need attention, we can do a partial redesign focusing on high-priority pages like the homepage, product pages, or checkout flow while keeping other sections intact.

• Will I be able to update the site myself after redesign?

  Yes. Both Webflow and Framer offer intuitive editors that make content updates easy without coding knowledge. I'll provide training and documentation so you're comfortable managing your site.

• What about custom illustrations or new photography?

  For basic graphics like icons and simple visual elements, these are typically included. For extensive custom illustrations, photography art direction, or complex visual assets, we'll discuss your needs and any additional costs.

• Is support included after the redesign launches?

  Yes, I include post-launch support (typically 14-21 days) for adjustments, questions, and minor fixes as you get familiar with the new site. For ongoing support, we can discuss retainer options.
