  • What if we only want a logo?

    The short answer: it depends. A single logo can’t fully capture your brand’s identity or tell your story, which is why we typically take a more holistic approach. That said, not everyone needs an in-depth strategic phase or a complete visual identity system. Before creating anything, I’ll always take the time to get to know you, your business, and your goals. This ensures that whatever we create – logo or otherwise – is the perfect fit for your brand and works seamlessly alongside your existing communications and brand expression.

  • What if we already have a logo?

    If your logo is well-designed and aligns with your brand’s vision, I’d be happy to work with it as the foundation for expanding your visual identity. However, if the logo isn’t quite there yet – perhaps it was DIY or doesn’t reflect your brand effectively – then I’d recommend refining it before moving forward. I only work with design I truly believe in, because that’s the best way to ensure your brand is represented in the strongest possible way.

  • Can you write copy for us?

    I don’t write copy myself. All text needs to be provided by you before the design process begins. However, if you need help crafting your copy, I’m happy to connect you with a skilled copywriter who can ensure your messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with your brand.

  • How many revisions are included?

    For branding packages, 2–3 refinements are included for each milestone. Keep in mind that refinements refer to the design itself, so it’s important that all content and copy provided are final versions. Additional refinements will be charged at an hourly rate.

  • What isn’t included in the price?

    While my services cover design and strategy, certain external costs aren’t included and would need to be handled separately. These include: Font Licenses • Stock Images or Photography • Copywriting Services • Printing Costs • Trademarking or Legal Fees

  • What’s the Investment?

    Every project is unique, which means there’s no one-size-fits-all price list. Instead, I provide transparent, customized pricing based on your project’s scope, complexity, and specific business goals. During the discovery call, we’ll discuss your budget, vision, and any special requests. Once we’ve nailed down the details, I’ll create a proposal with clear pricing and flexible payment options.

  • How long is the process?

    The timeline for your project will depend on its scope and complexity, but branding packages typically take about 4–6 weeks from start to completion. Once we discuss your project, I’ll provide a detailed timeline with your contract. This will include the schedule, key milestones, and any response times needed from you to keep things moving smoothly.

  • How does communication work during the project?

    I believe great communication is the foundation of a successful project. Throughout the process, you’ll have a dedicated point of contact (that’s me!) to ensure everything runs smoothly. You can expect regular updates at key milestones to keep you in the loop, along with clear timelines and deliverables outlined from the very beginning. You’ll never be left wondering what’s happening or what’s next.
