Summary
Introductory meeting to understand client goals and request access to information on current and prospective users, analytics, competitors, etc.
Conduct and analyze primary and secondary research
Create artifacts (personas, journey map, information architecture, etc) based on research findings and insights
Design wireframes and meet with client for feedback
Conduct and analyze testing feedback
Refine designs based on testing feedback
Repeat 4 - 7 until both client and users are satisfied
Prepare designs for developer hand-off
Compile, present and share comprehensive research report documenting findings and insights
