Here's how I can increase your project's ROI with UX Research
Introductory meeting to understand client goals and request access to information on current and prospective users, analytics, competitors, etc.
Create and share research plan outlining research goals, methodology, proposed timeline
Conduct and analyse primary and secondary research
Create artifacts (personas, journey map, etc) based on research findings and insights
Compile, present and share comprehensive report documenting findings, actionable insights and recommendations
For usability testing, all of the above will be performed with #3 being revised to recruiting users for testing. An additional step - Conduct and analyse testing - will be included.
