How The Audit Will Be Conducted
Introductory meeting with client to understand their goals and request access to documents with information pertaining to analytics and/or user feedback
Review product's interface and design
Compile, present and share findings, insights, recommendations and possible next steps into a shareable Google Doc, Figma file and PDF
Timeline
Smaller project (e.g. website) - 5 days
Larger project (e.g. mobile app, dashboard) - approx 12 days
Timeline can be adjusted based on urgency and further communication

A comprehensive report detailing all findings, including issues and possible solutions The report will also include recommendations for UX improvements with low-fidelity wireframes (where applicable)
