    Design learning content (e-learning or facilitator led) to help current & future team members embrace and execute the WHAT, WHY & HOW of the coming changes. Execute a rollout strategy that gives the team the opportunity to understand and practice the changes before it goes live. Refine the process with feedback. Continue to evaluate when the process goes live with real team members and customers. Handover when the client is fully satisfied.
