Summary

Preparation Phase - needs analysis, crafting the process & messages that represent your team/organization, designing the process & content for your approval.
Execution Phase - testing the process & content, going live on real participants.
Evaluation Phase - refining the process & content from feedback, handover to you.

What's included

  • Learning Map Design

    After training needs analysis, to identify the attitudes, skills & knowledge required by your team or client. This is mapped out as a simplified one page matrix.

  • Learning Content Design

    Use existing content, design new content (e-learning or facilitator led) to complete learning map. All content must have clear objectives, outilnes and be edited for clarity and simplicity of use.

  • Learning Delivery

    Test the learning program on the first batch of participants or the existing team. Receive feedback and refine the program and process. Handover project when client is fully satisfied.
